Our JetBackup application allows you to restore backups of both files and folders to your account from up to 1 month ago. Here is a quick guide on how you can restore your files.
Firstly login to your cPanel account and click on the JetBackup 5 icon, as shown below:
Once you're in JetBackup you will have to click on "Full Backups" as seen below:
You will now see a list of previous backups and which date they were created. Once you find the backup you want to restore click on it to highlight it orange, once highlighted you can then click the "Restore" button at the bottom of the page.
A new tab will popup showing the possible items to restore (Email Accounts, Home Dir Files, DNS Zones, etc.) you can choose to not restore certain items by clicking the "Remove Items" button under what you don't want to restore.
Once you have selected what you want to restore click the orange "Restore Selected Items" button and the backup process will begin. (Please notes: This process can take quite a while depending on the size of the files/directory's you're restoring)
