How to restore a file using JetBackup Print

This quick guide will show you how to restore a small amount of specified files/directories in just a few clicks.



Firstly you will have to login to cPanel and click on the "JetBackup 5" icon, as shown below:



Once you're on the JetBackup 5 dashboard you click on "Home Directory" as shown below:



You will see a list of backup dates, pick the date you want to restore you files from and the listing will then be highlighted orange. Then click the orange "Change Files Selection" button, this will bring up a table of all your accounts directories/files in the exact same structure as they're on our servers.



You can now navigate the file structure and select all the items you want to restore (You can pick multiple files from different directories) Once you have all your desired files selected you can click the orange "Select Files" button at the bottom, this will finalise your file selection.

Finally click the orange "Restore" button at the bottom of the page to begin your backup restoration. (Please note depending on the amount/size of the files you select this process can take quite a while)
