Office 365 email records required are somewhat more complex than Google Apps, details of required DNS records can be found here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/enterprise/external-domain-name-system-records?view=o365-worldwide
Office 365 should provide the records required from your account to follow, to enter these via cPanel you should go to the Zone Editor. If you need assistance with setting up these records please contact support providing the DNS records that you would like us to set up for you.
