How to reset your cPanel / WHM password

Note for VPS Clients: Resetting your root password is done via SolusVM, please see this KB page.

 

To reset your cPanel or WHM password you should login to your NetHosted Client Area.

Once logged in you should click the Services dropdown then choose My Services, from here you should click the View Details button on the plan you want to reset the password for.

Then just click the Change Password tab and it will show your username and you can enter a new password then save the changes to reset the account cPanel / WHM password.
