You may need to change your email delivery route is if your website is hosted on a non-nethosted web server but your email is still hosted with us, or if you are using a CDN service such as CloudFlare where your domain hostname does not resolve to our server IP address. In this case, from your SOLAR Anti-Spam you should select the Destinations option.

From here you should press the search icon and edit the existing rule by clicking the dropdown arrow next to the checkbox and selecting edit, entering your server name in the Host box, this will be followed by solardns.com, e.g. hyperion.solardns.com

If there are any other rules apart from the one you have edited you can now delete these. Once this is done email will be delivered correctly to our email server.
